Hi, I'm Carleta Barrett BA (Hons), DipHypCS. Clinical Hypnotherapist with Counselling Skills and training in Hypno-Analysis, EMDR, EFT to Level3, I also have a degree in Business Administration and am Managing Director of The Art of Expression. I offer a program of support to individuals seeking a better quality of life combining practical coaching skills on a personal and business basis alongside therapy.
