Carleta Barrett BA (Hon), is a qualified Consultant Hypnotherapist with Counselling Skills trained by tutor Chris Padro  at Chrysalis, she is also a full member of the Hypnotherapy Society. Carleta Barrett specialises in helping clients manage the effects of Depression as well as Confronting and Managing the consequence of past childhood and adult trauma including abuse.  Carleta Barrett works with clients to build Self-Esteem, Feelings of Self-Worth and Self-Confidence.  She is also good at working with clients in helping them to stop addictive behaviour and habits that are now detrimental to achieving success and happiness in the present.  Carleta Barrett uses a combined toolbox of therapeutic tools including Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Hypno-Analysis, Guided Meditation and Counselling Skills to help clients confront and disperse what is now presenting as unwanted symptoms.
